Trial

After an introductory call, new customers can start a 15-day trial of immiBoard. Any trial terms are confirmed with you before you start.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed annually. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, contact us and we will correct it promptly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
